1. Agreement to Terms
By using our website and enrolling in Elevate Mastermind, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Program Participation

  • The Elevate Mastermind is a structured coaching program. Results are not guaranteed as success depends on individual effort.

  • Participation requires active engagement, including attending coaching calls and completing assigned work.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are due as outlined in your selected plan.

  • No refunds are issued once a payment has been processed unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, strategies, and resources provided within Elevate Mastermind remain our intellectual property and may not be shared, resold, or reproduced without written consent.

5. Confidentiality
Members agree to respect the confidentiality of shared experiences within the mastermind community.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for business decisions, financial losses, or outcomes resulting from program participation.

7. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to remove participants from the program for violating terms, including misconduct or failure to meet payment obligations.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the State of Oklahoma.
